Quotations.

All quotations are subject to the costs & conditions existing on the date of quotation, & are subject to change without notification. All quotations, & final prices are subject to sample approval by PPC.

Incoming Parts.

PPC is not liable for imperfections or failures of the products/services provided if PPC determines it was a result of the condition of the incoming parts. Some conditions can be identified through initial inspection, others [oil/grease inside of tubes, outgassing, contaminants in or on the metal, use of non-paint safe oils & lubricants] are discovered through the various stages of the process. Any findings will be communicated to the customer to determine a path forward. Any rework associated with the any of the above mentioned conditions or contaminants, including those not mentioned above, is the monetary responsibility of the customer. Including rework of other customers parts, & any cleaning or decontamination of PPC’s systems & equipment.

Warranty.

PPC warranties parts processed for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice, unless agreed upon & documented by PPC. Rework costs covered by PPC may not exceed the invoiced cost. Any costs over & above the invoiced cost will be billed to the customer.

Indemnification.

PPC, its officers, agents, & employees shall be held harmless from & against any & all claims, damages, losses, & expenses related to property or persons, including attorney’s fees that may arise out of or as a result of the goods & services provided by PPC.

Terms.

All established customer accounts are NET30 unless otherwise agreed upon by PPC. “Walk in” customers, payments are due upon completion of parts. In some cases payment must be made when parts are received for processing [ex. custom powder purchases].

Privacy.

PPC is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. Any information gathered is considered confidential & will not be shared without consent. PPC does not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law.
